Shipping

We offer domestic and international shipping using FedEx. Orders with in-stock inventory will be fulfilled within 5-7 business days (excluding holidays). If you need us to ship sooner please contact orders@sugarfeather.com.  Please note shipping rates are calculated based on the original retail price/full order value.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING:

We offer expedited shipping.  Please contact orders@sugarfeather.com if you would like to expedite and we can supply a quote and adjust order if approved.  Sugar Feather will not be held responsible for carrier delays due to weather and/or other circumstances out of our control.

DAMAGED: 

If your item arrives damaged, please notate it at the time of delivery on the agent's Proof of Delivery form. Please then contact us at orders@sugarfeather.com, and we will take care of this issue right away. Please include your order number and, where possible, photos of the damage and packaging.
